Referrals and New Construction

Two programs are offered to Realtors as part of our exclusive Realtor Advantage Program. First a Realtor could earn more than the typical small commissions from  the sale of a property? How would a fee of $50K, $75K, or even $150K sound to you for a referral?

We also have 12 potential new-build hotel sites located in central Florida that would be very attractive to a hotel owner/developer because of their unique minimal or no competition locations and our unique abilities and approach.

Second is our Consultation Service for renovations of a prospective sale or lease, residential or commercial property. This is provided on site by a professional architect/interior designer or engineer. This enable a Realtor to close a sale more easily and quickly with a client.

We do not inflate costs; our homes are comfortable to live in; have state-of-the-art Smart Home amenities; harmonize with their landscaped site; and have modern interior furniture and finishes created to enhance a family’s lifestyle.

Our hotels are built faster than conventional methods; are state of the art Smart facilities; are more than a “pretty face”. They’re more operationally efficient and have one or more innovative sources of additional revenues in addition to room revenues. With our 50 years of experience, nationally and internationally, we have access to hundreds of thousands of suppliers, many of which clients are unaware of. Let’s talk.

We’re do not create reproduction funeral mausoleums, colonial barns, or classical museum houses. We assemble our select building architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects, and general contractors to create a skilled team that makes our projects dreams of  reality. Unfortunately, there’re still plenty of unscrupulous architects, engineers, and interior designers ready to agree to any design a client wants while they inflate costs, “steal” the clients’ money, and laugh all the way to the bank.
