As a Realtor you could close a sale more easily and quickly if your client could have a consultation about renovations with a professional architect/interior designer or engineer.

Architectural Design Partners Inc is very different. We offer our exclusive Realtor Advantage Programs. Our renovation specialties are contemporary luxury mansion homes and converting budget hotels into upscale destination hotels and resorts. While we’re not available to decorate budget hotels or create reproduction funeral mausoleums, colonial barns, or classical museum houses, we still advise on the possibility and capability of such construction or renovation.

Using us is a welcome service for your clients because we do not inflate costs. Our approach is to create places that are comfortable to live or work in; have state-of-the-art Smart amenities; harmonize with their landscaped site; and have interior furniture and finishes created to enhance a guest stay or a family’s lifestyle. We have access to hundreds of  thousands of suppliers, most of which clients are unaware of. We do large-scale projects but can recommend quality contractors for smaller projects. Let’s talk.

Our basic renovation consultation fee is $250/hour (payable at time of service) with travel charges only when appropriate.
