In addition, we seek investor/developers for AFFORDABLE senior citizen communities of approximately 300 fully furnished one-bedroom mini homes with kitchen and bath.

We will also have individual affordable mini homes delivered and installed fully furnished to a client’s lot.

Architectural Design Partners Inc is very different. We design and build new contemporary mansion homes, not houses and up-scale destination hotels. We do not create reproduction funeral mausoleums, colonial barns, or classical museums. Our select architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects, and general contractors are a skilled team with more than 50 years of experience making homes and hotels dreams a reality. Unfortunately, there’re still plenty of unscrupulous architects, engineers, interior designers, and general contractors ready to agree to any design a client wants while they inflate costs, “steal” the clients’ money, and laugh all the way to the bank.

We do not inflate costs; our homes and hotels are comfortable to live in; have state-of-the-art Smart amenities; harmonize with their landscaped sites; and have modern interior with furniture and finishes created to enhance a comfortable lifestyle.
