Have a buyer that’s unsure of a purchase because of concerns about a renovation? Suppose they could have a consultation with a professional architect, interior designer or engineer about the renovation work?

Architectural Design Partners Inc is very different. We offer our exclusive Realtor Advantage Programs. Our renovation specialties are contemporary luxury mansion homes and converting budget hotels into upscale destination hotels and resorts. While we’re not available to decorate budget hotels or create reproduction funeral mausoleums, colonial barns, or classical museum houses, we still advise on the possibility and capability of such construction or renovations.

Using us is a welcome service for your buyers because we do not inflate costs. Our approach is to create places that are comfortable to live or work in; have state-of-the-art Smart amenities; harmonize with their landscaped site; and have interior furniture and finishes created to enhance a guest stay or a family’s lifestyle. We have access to hundreds of  thousands of suppliers, most of which clients are unaware of. We do large-scale projects and also can recommend quality contractors for smaller projects. Let’s talk.

Our basic buyer renovation consultation fee is $250/hour (payable at time of service) with travel charges only when appropriate.
