Architectural Design Partners Inc is very different. In our exclusive Realtor Advantage Program, we offer a renovation consulting service. Our renovation specialties are contemporary luxury mansion homes and converting budget hotels into upscale destination hotels and resorts. While we’re not available to decorate budget hotels or create reproduction funeral mausoleums, traditional colonial barns, or classical museum houses, we can still advise on the possibilities and capability of such constructions or renovations.

Using us is a welcome service for your buyers because we do not inflate costs. Our approach is to create places that are comfortable to live or work in; have state-of-the-art Smart amenities; harmonize with their landscaped sites; and have interior furniture and finishes created to enhance a guest stay or a family’s lifestyle. We have access to hundreds of  thousands of national and international suppliers, most of which are generally unknown to our clients. We provide contractor services for large-scale projects and  recommend quality contractors for smaller projects. Let’s talk.

Our basic buyer renovation consultation fee is $250/hour (payable at time of service) with travel charges when appropriate.
